Quality sterling silver Tree of Life pendant made in Australia from sterling silver. This pendant can be personalised with the names and dates of your choice.
It is a small pendant slightly smaller then a 10 cent piece. We can fit approx 2 names on each side of the pendant
The pendant is smaller then a 10 cent piece and bigger then a 5 cent piece

Ordering Process:   
Once your order is completed and placed online you can track the progression of your order by logging in to your account and viewing details of your order.  We will send you a email when the item has been shipped with  a tracking number and website to track item.  Please be aware that you will need to sign for your parcel and so if you are not available to receive item you will need to pick up from the location stated in the tracking info.  Please feel  free to call us to get a update on your order if you need to.

Postage:
Free Worldwide Postage. Within Australia we send by parcel post. Delivery times for parcel post is 3-10 working days to areas within Australia. Parcel post can take up to 15 working days in remote areas of Western Australia, NT and Queensland.
If you want guaranteed delivery within time frames please choose  Express post when checking out. We will send via Australian Post Express Postage and is overnight delivery to places within the express network. If you are outside the express network then we will courier it to you and takes  approx 1-3 days for deliver. International is by Airmail.

Manufacturing time are as follow:
Hand Stamped items : 2-10 days manufacturing time
Engraved items:  5-15 working days.
If you need this by a certain date please let us know when checking out and we will make every attempt to get it to you by the date your require.
